    saya sudah menginstall oracle 11g di windows xp, tetapi pada saat mencoba menjalankan enterprise manager ternyata ada error :

    C:\app\mozes\product\11.1.0\db_1\BIN

    C:\app\mozes\product\11.1.0\db_1\BIN>set ORACLE_SID=orcl

    C:\app\mozes\product\11.1.0\db_1\BIN>emctl start dbconsole
    OC4J Configuration issue. C:\app\mozes\product\11.1.0\db_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBCons
    ole_sangmanepc_orcl not found.

    kira-kira solusinya seperti apa yah?

      saya sendiri belum pernah coba install oracle 11g di windows xp, ttp kl lihat errornya kok berkaitan dgn OC4J

    Por favor, soy nuevo en el mundo de linux y tengo un problema al tratar de instalar Oracle Grid Control en mi sistema operativo que es CentOS 5.2, pues me da este error :

    [root@ogc Linux_Grid_Control_full_102010_disk1.zip_FILES]# ./runInstaller
    Iniciando Oracle Universal Installer…

    Comprobando requisitos de Installer…

    Comprobando la versión del sistema operativo: debe ser redhat-3, redhat-4 or SuSE-9

    Saliendo de Oracle Universal Installer, no se ha encontrado el log de esta sesión en /tmp/OraInstall2009-03-23_09-08-52AM/installActions2009-03-23_09-08-52AM.log

    Me pueden decir que podra ser, aunque creo que es que necesito una instalacion para CentOS 5.2, en caso de que alguien sepa de donde puedo sacar esa instalacion, please, ayudeme.

      i’m sorry, i can’t speak spanish.
      but i think your problem is “oracle 10g release 2” not install in centos 5.2
      solution :
      1. edit /etc/redhat-release
      2. replace with CentOS release 4.2 (Final)
      3. try again ./runInstaller

    Saat menjalankan database kontrol terdapat error seperti ini:

      kalau lihat errornya, ubuntu-nya gagal menjalakan emctl, apakah sudah dilihat path directory java ???

      max memory yang bisa digunakan, dimana 64-bit dalam menangani sejumlah besar random access memory (RAM) lebih efektif daripada sistem 32-bit.

      32 bit = 2^32 = 0 – 4.294.967.295.
      64-bit = 2^64 = 0 – 18.446.744.073.709.551.615.

    masuk ke databasenya cuma bisa lewat command promt.

    My enterprise manager is not working . whenever i apply this cmd i got this error, I have installed Oracle 11g R2 software. please tell me as soon as possible

    If i run emctl start dbconsole .i got message like “OC4J Configuration issue. /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_DB11G not found”.

    mas kalo sudah masuk sqlplus trus user name sama password sudah diisi sesuai dengan user yang sudah kita buat, tapi error ada ket “TNS:protocol adapter error” itu maksudnya apa ya?
