1. Setting RMAN

c. copykan backupset fullbackup ke local file system, dimana terlihat pada langkah diatas

d. juga lakukan backup secara manual spfile dan control file

e. periksa hasil backup backupset dan controlfile yang akan dibutuhkan untuk clone

5. Menyiapkan Oracle Password File oracle clone

    saya ada kesulitan, saya ikuti langkah pak agus yang sebagai berikut :

    c. copykan backupset fullbackup ke local file system, dimana terlihat pada langkah diatas
    BS (Backup Set) no 11 adalah BS full backup
    [oracle@node1 bin]$ mkdir /home/oracle/clone/ -p
    [oracle@node1 bin]$ exit
    RMAN> backup backupset 24 format ‘/home/oracle/clone/%U’;

    saya backup rman ke tape sbt, kemudian saya ingin backup mengikuti langkah pak agus, ketika saya jalani hal yg sama tp beda backupset, muncul error sbb :

    RMAN> backup backupset 4550 format ‘/u02/backup_db/%U’;

    Pak sejujurnya saya blm pernah memindahkan backup rman dari tape ke harddisk, sehingga saya nggak bisa jawab dengan tepat.

    sebab ide “Oracle 11g RAC (ASM) to single instance (non ASM) – clone database”, adalah dengan directory yang bersesuaian.
    Tp perlu dicoba pada langkah no 6 [Restore SPFILE], dengan mendifinisikan alamat tape backup di komputer target, kl di contoh saya dengan folder yang bersesuaian /home/oracle/clone

    sy lg nyobain tutorial ini, tp saat open resetlogs gagal.
    kalau di cek di log, kenapa y masih ada ngecheck redo log ke ASM group di RAC.

    dari kesalahan ini :
    ORA-15001: diskgroup “DATA” does not exist or is not mounted

    apakah
    1. komputer target Sudah diinstall oracle database software ?
    2. periksa lagi Edit PFILE-nya

      Met malam pak setijo yg baekk n’ suka bagi2 ilmu ..

      Utk komp target ny ud keinstall oracle database software kok, kan yang gagal ud saat ‘alter database open resetlogs’ di target database, semua controlfile, datafile ud ke restore semua .. knpa yach ?

      kalo pfile nya saya merefer ke pfile yg ada di web ini ajach, tinggal di sesuain path folder dan sid nya.

      sy cb simulasiin dari RAC ke single instance ASM, saat ‘alter database open resetlogs’ emang cy msh nyari online log ke data group di ASM yang lama, tp krn ga nemu dia skip & bkin baru di data group ASM yang baru .. berhasil deh ‘read write’ ny.

      Mkacihh yach pak ud mau kasi responn .. aq tunggu blesannya ya yuu

        saat ‘alter database open resetlogs’ emang cy msh nyari online log ke data group di ASM yang lama, tp krn ga nemu dia skip & bkin baru di data group ASM yang baru –> kalau gitu bisa di alter secara manual supaya mengarah ke suatu folder tertentu.
